For any return request, please contact us on our Contact page. We will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We require all returns to be processed through our customer service team, if you do not reach them and you return your items without their approval, a refund cannot be initiated.
Please note that if a refund is approved by our team, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund unless you receive a defective item. If items are returned and damaged in shipping, unfortunately we cannot issue refunds.
For purchases completed with gift cards, reimbursement cannot be made after return.
